How To "Create Apple ID" Without Credit Card
1. Download and install iTunes on your computer.
2. After installation complete open iTunes and click App Store as shown below.

4. Select free app and click Get app or install app.
5. A Dialog box will appear select Create A New Apple ID .
6. Enter required details then payment page will appear select No from payment options.
7. Finally confirm email address and enjoy your free Apple ID
